Anyone who watches Kumkum Bhagya on ZEE5 knows how intense the last few episodes have been. Recently the storyline took an unexpected turn. Monisha’s dad Dushyant, who a while ago had asked her not to do anything rash, is now supporting her in her obsession with RV. He came up with a devious plan to harm Harleen and blame it all on Purvi. Will they succeed? Kumkum Bhagya Episode Written Update for January 10, 2025
Today’s Kumkum Bhagya episode starts with Monisha storming out of the hospital. Dushyant calls out to her in the reception area and asks what proof was she planning to bring against Purvi, since there is no proof. Monisha says that she had no other choice as RV wasn’t believing her words. Dushyant says that now they’ll have to build proof against her if they have to, but Purvi will be framed. Suddenly, a police officer walks in with two constables and greets Dushyant. He enquires about his well-being and asks if he can be of any help. Monisha uses this opportunity to ask the police inspector to arrest Purvi. He says he’ll need evidence or witness to do so. Monisha says that she’s the eye witness and asks him to arrest Purvi.
Meanwhile, Purvi continues to defend herself in front of the family. Deepika lashes out at her and Harman stops her. He then accidentally tells RV and Purvi about Dadaji’s condition. Vaishali then informs them that due to stress, Dadaji lost consciousness. While the family worries about everything that has happened in a single day, Deepika continues to berate Purvi and blame her for Harleen’s accident. Purvi relentlessly defends herself and says that she loves Harleen like her own mother and would give up her life to save Harleen if needed. She also asks them not to blame Khushi for any of it. Deepika again tries to turn RV against him by saying that she got so protective and fierce only because we are blaming Khushi. Before anyone could respond, the doctor comes and says that Harleen has a lot of blood and needs more blood to get out of danger.
Monisha thanks Dushyant for his help and says that now when Purvi will be arrested she won’t be able to expose the truth about Netra and Monisha’s dealings. Dushyant assures her that now since Purvi has her own problems to deal with, she won’t be dealing with Netra anymore.
The family members ask the doctor how they can help with the needed blood. The doctor says that they already have enough blood in the bank to help Harleen. Meanwhile, the police come there and arrest Purvi on the charges of attempting to murder Harleen. She calls out to RV for help. At the same time, a nurse comes out and says that Harleen has gained consciousness and is asking for RV. RV is torn as Purvi and Harleen both need him. Meanwhile, Dadaji gains consciousness and insists that Jaswant take him to see Harleen.
RV meets Harleen and they’re both elated to see each other. Harman and RV say that they’re now relieved to see that Harleen is fine. They tell her that she’s the core of this family and that they can’t survive without her. RV says that he needs to go somewhere and steps out of the room. Vaishali, Deepika, and Yug ask about Harleen, and RV, in a trance, says that the police are arresting RV and walks away. He comes back with a wheelchair and asks Harleen if she’s truly fine. When she says yes, RV says he needs her to do something.
Monisha and Dushyant rejoice at their win and say that now since Purvi has to worry about proving her innocence, she won’t have any time to even think about Netra. RV arrives there and stops the police officers from taking Purvi away. He asks them on what basis they’ve arrested her. He asks how they would know if she’s the culprit or not. The police officer says that when Harleen attests to the truth, that’s when Purvi’s crime will be proven. RV tries to object and Dushyant interjects trying to brainwash RV.
Luckily RV doesn’t get influenced and says that he won’t let Purvi go to jail. He says that the police officer said Harleen’s testimony would decide Purvi’s innocence so be it. Harman brings Harleen in a wheelchair and she testifies in Purvi’s favor. She says that I don’t have any complaint against Purvi since she didn’t cause her accident. Looking at Harleen taking Purvi’s side, Monisha is agitated and wonders why she ever tried to stop Dushyant from harming Harleen. The police officer lets Purvi go and Dadaji also comes there. Purvi asks Harleen if she’s feeling better and together with RV she takes Harleen home.
Back at her house, Monisha is furiously throwing things around. Dushyant slaps her and asks her not to be a spoilsport. He says that if one plan doesn’t work, think of another. When Monisha continues to ramble about her failed plans, Dushyant asks her to use some brains and try to think of a brilliant plan. He says that the next time they attack, Purvi won’t even realize what hit her.
