This Kumkum Bhagya episode starts with Purvi asking Diya to gather all the family members so that she can expose her in front of everybody. She then requests Harman, Harleen, and Vikrant to come to the hall as she needs to share something very important with them. Everyone comes to the hall, and just as Purvi starts spilling the truth, RV starts coughing and spewing blood. Everyone questions the nurse asking her to see what happened to RV. Monisha intervenes and blames Purvi for RV’s condition.
A flashback shows that when Purvi had sent Monisha away to get her passbook, Monisha struck a deal with the nurse. She asked the nurse to mix something in RV’s injections that will worsen his condition, without harming him fatally. She promises to give the nurse a hefty amount in return for this. Back to the present, Monisha asks the nurse who asked her to give the injection to RV and she names Purvi. She narrates how Purvi told her to take the medicine from the box and give the injection to RV.
Deepika starts blaming everything on Purvi including Netra’s conflict, Harleen’s attack, and now RV’s condition. Harman, Dadaji, and Diya try to defend Purvi but Deepika and Vaishali intervene. They ask Diya to step out of the family matter and continue berating Purvi. Vikrant calls the doctor. Purvi tries to reason with RV, and Harleen asks Monisha to take RV to her room. In the room, Monisha tries to turn RV against Purvi, however, RV defends her, calling this a mistake.
Harleen asks Purvi to stay away from RV. Monisha takes Purvi aside and reveals that she already knew about Purvi rescuing Netra and recording her confession. She says that she was just playing with Purvi. She also informs her that Netra has been arrested once again, showing off her influence and power. Then, she goes and asks Harleen about the money that she gave to Netra at Harleen’s behest. Harleen says she’ll return the money immediately.
Once Harleen leaves, Monisha starts laughing and tells Purvi that the passbook won’t be of any use to her now. Since she already saw this coming, Monisha had asked Harleen if she should send money to Netra on behalf of Harleen asking her to stay away from RV, thus getting in her good books. She also tells Purvi that she won’t be able to retrieve Netra’s video confession from her broken phone anymore. Monisha then tells Purvi not to mess with her as she won’t be able to win, and walks away.
Harleen asks the doctor about RV’s condition and he assures her that RV is fine. Harleen then asks Deepika to call some decorator and get the house ready for Lohri celebrations. Vikrant then hands Vaishali a bag consisting of 25 Lakh rupees. He says that Jaswant gave it to him and asks her to keep it safe.
