Kumkum Bhagya Episode Written Update for January 21, 2025
The episode starts with Monisha telling Jasbir that Netra is here asking for money. When Jasbir asks Monisha to pay her off, she tells him that Netra will keep asking for money. They then decide to kill Netra to get rid of her and Jasbir leaves for the Malhotra house. Later, a man dressed in a waiter’s costume comes to the room and offers Monisha water. She asks him to go back. Then Deepika arrives and Monisha asks her for the password. Monisha then steals the money against Deepika’s objections and rushes to pay off Netra.
Outside the house, the Malhotra family performs rituals to celebrate Lohri. Meanwhile, the same man dressed as a waiter comes to Purvi and tells her that everyone is here. She looks around her to find the policewoman and Netra standing there. Khushi asks her what’s happening and before she can answer, Jasbir enters with the Dholwalas. He goes to abduct Netra but is interrupted by the police officers who point a gun at Netra.
While the police ask Netra to surrender, she snatches the gun and points it at Purvi. RV interferes and Netra then moves to take Monisha aside at gunpoint. In the room, Netra asks Monisha to give her the money and continues to insult her. Monisha in turn berates her and recalls everything that she’s done so far to manipulate everything in her favor. Right from hiring Netra to everything that happened recently, Monisha reminds Netra of how she has controlled her all this time.
Meanwhile, Khushi confronts Purvi on seeing the policemen standing idle instead of following Netra. Purvi then reveals her entire plan to Khushi. She says that she’s the one who called Netra and the police here. She planned all of it including Netra’s escape. The policewoman says that the room has a CCTV recording everything that will expose the truth. Khushi is impressed to see Purvi’s planning. Later, Purvi goes to check on Monisha. The family wonders what is happening and the policemen say that they will reveal everything at the right time.
Purvi enters the room and someone knocks her unconscious. She then wakes up tied to the chair. She spots Netra running away with the money and is about to shout when Monisha places a hand on he mouth silencing her.
Outside, Khushi spots Jasbir and alerts everyone. RV and Jasbir argue. Jasbir points a gun at RV while the police point their guns at Jasbir. The family tries to stop RV from putting his life in danger. Jasbir uses this chance to run away.
Monisha ties Purvi’s mouth and takes out the phones that were supposed to be recording her confession. Then, a flashback reveals that Jasbir found out about Purvi’s plan and revealed everything to Monisha. He then left to save himself and Monisha paid off Netra. The episode ends with Monisha telling Purvi that you should never trust people who can be brought with money.
