Before I get into Jamai No. 1’s upcoming twist, let me give you a quick recap. In the recent episodes, we saw Kanchan teaming up with Sayli to separate Neel and Riddhi. After multiple failed attempts to turn Neel against Sayli, she finally decided to go one step further. Sayli handcuffed Riddhi, attacked herself, and staged it in such a way that it made Riddhi look like the culprit. She manipulated Neel into believing her and lashing out at Riddhi. Or at least we thought so.
Luckily, as it turns out, Neel was already doubting Sayli since he knew Riddhi could never do something like this. But then, Kanchan spoke in Sayli’s favor, confirming Neel’s suspicions. Then, he spoke to Simran and raided Sayli’s deserted house with help. Now that was a scene to behold. Sayli’s house has a secret shrine of sorts with a huge painting of Neel made with Sayli’s blog on the wall. If that doesn’t scream creepy, I don’t know what does.
Then, Neel found his childhood belongings, along with a wedding invite written in blood. It read, “Sayli sang Neelu”, which loosely translates to “Sayli weds Neelu”. Right then and there, he vows to expose Sayli and Kanchan. Now that’s the Neel you and I love to see.
What is Neel’s Game Plan?
Neel knows that Riddhi won’t take his word for it if he says that Kanchan was behind all this, puppeteering Sayli. So, apart from all these proofs, he also needs Sayli’s confession. If Neel succeeds, this would be a great hit to Riddhi and Kanchan’s bond.

Whether she does or not is the main question.
I feel like Sayli won’t be able to oust Kanchan. Right before she does so, Kanchan might interfere, hinting that she stay silent about Kanchan’s involvement. If that happens, I’m gonna be disappointed. But if Neel actually gets Kanchan’s name from Sayli, that’ll be a huge win for him. Riddhi will finally see the true colors of her mother. However, that seems highly unlikely.

- Scenario 1 – Kanchan Expose: Neel manages to get Sayli to name Kanchan or gathers some proof against both of them, exposing them once and for all.
