The doctor informs that Rohan is suffering from internal bleeding and must be taken to a hospital immediately. Malishka tries to turn Rishi against Lakshmi but he doesn’t believe her and scolds her instead. Lakshmi learns about Rohan being in the hospital and rushes to the hospital. Rishi continues to defend Lakshmi at the hospital in front of his family members. Rohan needs blood, but since he’s adopted, no one is able to donate blood to him. Lakshmi learns about it and tells the nurse that she has the same blood group and wishes to donate blood to Rohan anonymously.
October 1, 2024, Written Update
The nurse takes Parvati to the Oberois as Lakshmi donates blood. When the family questions Lakshmi’s disappearance, Parvati doesn’t tell them the truth. But after listening to Malishka, Parvati calls her a liar and tells everyone the entire truth about the incident. Malishka shouts at Parvati who stands firm on her words. Neelam then scolds Malishka and she decides to attack Parvati. Later, the doctor comes out and says that Rohan asked to meet his Lakshmi Ma, this angers Malishka even more.
October 2, 2024, Written Update
Rohan cries and expresses his sadness over being adopted. He then seeks Lakshmi’s help to find his real mother. Everyone brings Rohan home from the hospital and Rohan asks Lakshmi to make Malpua for him. Malishka gets upset and leaves. Then Karishma scolds Malishka for her behavior. Meanwhile, Rishi gets emotional while talking to Aayush about Rohan.

Shalu rushes to check on Rohan. When Malishka shouts at Anushka, she gives a befitting reply but later apologizes to her.
