Set against the lush fictional backdrop of Devipuram village, nestled in the heart of rural Andhra Pradesh, lies the sacred Vaarahi Amma Temple. This temple land is the beacon of faith and tradition for the people of the village. Three inseparable childhood friends, Gajapthi, Varadha and Seenu are responsible for protecting it. Nagarathnamma, who is the temple’s matriarch and trustee, has raised the three of them under her guidance and gentle guardianship.
At the very heart of this friendship movie is the portrayal of brotherhood bound by love. Gajapathi (Manchu Manoj) is the scion of a zamindar heritage. He has now fallen on hard times and embraces orphan Seenu (Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas). Varadha (Nara Rohith), on the other hand, is a savvy local leader who completes this unbreakable trio. They are united by loyalty, love and a shared purpose, all of which make the base of Bhairavam’s plot.
Soon, the tranquil village life is shattered when a corrupt minister, Vendurupalli Venteswara Rao, becomes fixated on appropriating the 75 acre temple land, now worth nearly Rs 1000 crore. The original deeds of the Devipuram village plot are hidden in a temple box. But the minister’s agent Nagaraj begins scheming in the shadows, and soon the friendship of the trio is poised for despair. Thereafter, secrets come out, and the trust between the trio begins to crack. Varadha is misled into believing that Gajapthi betrayed his principles, and he arrests him. Meanwhile, Seenu remains torn between friendship and his vow, refusing to let anything break his loyalty.
