Kumkum Bhagya Episode Written Update for January 30, 2025
The episode starts with Monisha asking Dushyant to get rid of Purvi, even if it means killing her. He asks her if she’s sure and she says that even though she accepted Purvi’s challenge, Monisha knows she won’t be able to throw her out of the house. She says that even Harleen is siding with Purvi now. Dushyant then says that he’ll call his goon Painter and give him the task of killing Purvi.
At the Malhotra mansion, RV comes to the dining room and Purvi serves him food. Since RV’s palms were hurt during the fire, he’s unable to eat food. Purvi then feeds him. RV also asks her to eat simultaneously. The couple then eats the food while romantically gazing into each other’s eyes.
Meanwhile, Painter comes to Monisha’s house, Dushyant pays him and he accepts the task. Monisha says that she wants Purvi killed right away. Dushyant says he’s unaware of the house. Monisha says that she’ll come along to help him kill Purvi.
RV and Purvi finish eating dinner. She goes to keep the plates inside and asks RV to wait back as she has some work with him. In a few minutes, she walks out holding a first aid box. She then carefully applies an ointment to RV’s burn injuries while he flinches in pain. RV then asks Purvi if she really meant it when she said that he matters a lot to her and that he’s her own. She agrees and says that she probably doesn’t mean a lot to RV. He asks why she felt that.
RV says that he can die for her, he always comes to save her without worrying about his own life, so why does she think she doesn’t mean much to him? Purvi says that he’s done all of this for Khushi also. She then thanks him for saving Khushi and says that she feels he wanted to live with Monisha and that Purvi is the one who came between them. Purvi reminds RV how he said on their wedding night that Monisha means a lot to him. He agrees that he did say that. She then asks if Monisha still means a lot to him.
RV immediately gets up from the dining table and walks outside towards a small idol of the goddess kept near the Lohri pandal. He sneakily grabs a kumkum box and keeps it in his pocket. Purvi asks what he was doing and RV says that he should’ve told her about his feelings long back. She asks him to say it then, and RV says it’s time to do something and takes her towards the Lohri bonfire.
Purvi is left stunned as RV plays the sacred mantras spoken during the wedding and tells her that they’re about to get married, again! He then holds her wrist and starts doing their pheras once again. He tells her about how pure and sacred the Lohri bonfire is and tells her that he’s getting married to her once again for her peace of mind, as for him, he’s felt married to her all along.
RV then apologizes to her for never telling her how important she is to him. He then says that he’s unable to express himself because of his past. He tells her about his past, the girl whom he fell in love with because of her writing. He says that he was in love with her. Purvi asks what about now and RV says that now he only loves her.
RV professes his love to her. He says that after all these years he’s fallen in love, so much that now he doesn’t even remember that girl. RV then says that he only loves Purvi and she’s the only one who matters to him. He then applies the sindoor into Purvi’s hair partition completing their marriage once again. They get emotional and hug each other.
Armaan gets Khushi to the house and drags her to RV’s bedroom. Painter and Monisha also reach the house and start looking for Purvi. Armaan goes into RV’s room and starts looking for him. Khushi looks outside the window and finds RV and Purvi in an embrace. She realizes that RV was telling the truth when he said that he loves Purvi. Khushi finally gets out of her delusion and realizes that RV now loves Purvi and only Purvi.
