Shivansh enters to stir the pot. How does the situation look for Prarthana in the Kumkum Bhagya upcoming story after this unexpected marriage? Let’s see:
- Raunak has been her rock — kind, supportive, and emotionally invested. He’s the guy who wears his heart on his sleeve and genuinely respects Prarthana. He’s her best friend who also deeply loves her.

But did you notice something in the Kumkum Bhagya episode aired on 15th May 2025? When Raunak got the divorce papers, Prarthana wasn’t eager to sign them. In fact, she looked hesitant.
Now, some of you might feel this is because she’s a meek girl. But I don’t think that’s the case. Prarthana is someone who respects customs and traditions. She values relationships. She won’t leave Shivansh even if he married her by hiding under the veil. Moreover, in the Kumkum Bhagya episode from 16th May, 2025, Prarthana learned the truth about Shivansh. She found out that Smita Zaveri is his biological mother. Knowing what an empath Prarthana is, she won’t choose Raunak over Shivansh. At least, that’s what I feel.

- She doesn’t want Shivansh to do anything drastic to hurt the Zaveris.
- She values the marital bond too much to break it.
So, if such a situation arises, Prarthana could choose Shivansh over Raunak. While this will completely shatter Raunak, Shivansh might start softening up to Prarthana. And now that new budding romance would be a delightful watch.
