Owing to an illness, Godavari is faced with the devastating onset of tremors in her hands. Soon, she realizes that her weaving career may be nearing its end. However, her daughter Kaveri would never let her mother lose hope. Deeply inspired by her mother’s dedication and love towards her craft, Kaveri embarks on a mission to honor Godavari’s legacy. She helps her mother weave one final Paithani saree before she retires from this craft forever.
Godavari believes that weavers can craft a Paithani, but they can never adorn one. This inspires Kaveri to gift Godavari her final saree worth INR 8 Lakhs, as a tribute to her life’s work. She even puts down an advance of INR 10,000 for this expensive saree. However, all her hopes are shattered when a renowned designer Vinay Bhanushali(Shivam Bhaargava) outbids her by giving an advance of INR 3 Lakhs. Despite all the setbacks, Kaveri is undeterred. She decides to do everything that’s needed to secure that saree for her mother. Will she be able to do that? Will Godarvari be able to reclaim her legacy by wearing her very last Paithani?
